This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, disclosed and protected by CrazyFox Studio and its subsidiaries (“we”, “us” or “our”). It applies to all websites, mobile apps (Unity-based) and other online software we develop (collectively, the “Services”) in which we’ve integrated third‑party SDKs such as Unity LevelPlay, Google Firebase, Tenjin, Google Mobile Ads and InMobi CMP. We do not personally collect any user‑identifiable data, but these embedded SDKs do.

We may update this policy at any time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, if significant, notify you via email or in‑app banner. Please review this page regularly.

2. Information Collection

2.1 Automatically Collected

  • Device Information: model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/AAID), mobile network, country.
  • Usage Information: browser type (web), access times, pages/screens viewed, gameplay activity, interactions, IP address, referring URL.

2.2 Data Collected by Third‑Party SDKs

Even though we don’t personally collect this data, the following SDKs embedded in our apps do:

  • Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads): Advertising ID, IP address, crash logs, ad‑interaction events.
  • Google Firebase Analytics: Device identifiers, event logs, in‑app purchase events.
  • Tenjin: Advertising ID, install/referral attribution data.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Advertising ID, ad requests, impressions, clicks.
  • InMobi CMP: Consent preferences stored via cookies or local storage.
  • Other Plugins: Refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details.

2.3 With Your Permission

Our apps may request consent to access personal data like your email. We only collect this with explicit opt‑in via your device’s permission prompts.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, SDK-level identifiers (IDFA/AAID), web beacons and similar technologies to:

  • Enable core functionality
  • Perform analytics (Firebase, GameAnalytics)
  • Personalize advertising (Unity Ads, AdMob, Tenjin, InMobi)

You can manage or revoke consent at any time via the “Privacy Settings” within our app (re‑launches the InMobi CMP dialog) or by adjusting your device’s privacy settings.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain analytics and advertising data for up to 12 months. Consent records are kept as long as you use the app. To request deletion of any data, email us at info@crazyfoxstudios.com with “Data Deletion” in the subject.

7. Security & Encryption

All data in transit between the app and our servers (and SDK endpoints) is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We implement industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

8. Your Choices

8.1 Push Notifications

You can disable push notifications via your device’s notification settings.

8.2 Advertising & Analytics Opt‑Out

  • Ad Personalization: – Google Ads Settings – iOS: App Tracking Transparency prompt in Settings → Privacy → Tracking
  • Analytics: – iOS: Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements – Android: Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

8.3 How to Change Your InMobi CMP Consent

  1. Open the app Settings > Privacy & Consent.
  2. Tap “Privacy Settings” to relaunch consent dialog.
  3. Adjust your cookie categories or withdraw consent.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we inadvertently did so, we will delete it immediately. Parents may contact us to request deletion.
